We want you to love your lashes, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or applied lashes cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused Falscara products in their original box and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
